To begin staking your SHFT tokens on Shyft Network’s staking dashboard, you must switch either to Shyft Mainnet or Shyft Testnet. In this article, we will look at how you can change to Shyft Mainnet on your Metamask wallet. So, let’s dive into it.

Step-1: The first thing you must do is login into your Metamask wallet. To do so, click on the Metamask extension, which will open a login page to your wallet account. Then, enter your password and click on the blue “Unlock” button given below. After this, you will be successfully logged in to your Metamask wallet.

Step-2: The Metamask wallet is connected to the Ethereum network by default. Hence, you must switch to Shyft Mainnet now. To do so, click on the colored icon shown at the top right side corner of the screen.

After clicking it, you will see a list of options, which includes “Create Account,” “Import Wallet,” “Connect Hardware Wallet,” “Support,” and “Settings.” You must click on the “Settings” option to move to the next step.

Step-3: Once on the settings page, you will see all the available options on the left side of the screen. Click on the “Networks” option from the given list.

Step-4: Once on the “Networks” page, click on the “Add a Network” button, which is at the top right corner of the screen, to add “Shyft Mainnet” to your Metamask wallet manually.

Step-5: To add “Shyft Mainnet” to your Metamask, you will need the Network Name, New RPC URL, Chain ID, and Currency Symbol of Shyft Network. The details are as follows:

Network Name: Shyft Mainnet

New RPC URL: https://rpc.shyft.network/
